We're four months out from the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar with jerseys for the competing 32 teams set to be released in the coming weeks. Given the immediate timeline, we're now seeing leaks of the final products from Nike and adidas over on Footy Headlines.
Two of the most anticipated World Cup kits are always the canary yellows of Brazil and la Albiceleste of Argentina, and you can imagine the No. 10s of Neymar and Lionel Messi being a popular gift this year with Christmas falling exactly one week after the World Cup final.
Footy Headlines now has exclusive leaks of both the Brazil and Argentina World Cup shirts.
Brazil World Cup Jersey 2022 (Home)
Here's Brazil's World Cup kit, featuring Nike's 2022-23 template (Chelsea's new home shirt has a similar collar). The five-time world champions will take to the pitch in bright yellow (a throwback to the 2002 kit) with green trim and blue accents.
The final images of this should look really nice.
Argentina World Cup Jersey 2022 (Home)
The front of Argentina's World Cup jersey is a classic look with subtle details provided by adidas' new ventilation knit, but the back provides a unique design with the Sol de Mayo on the nape of the neck.
Brazil is in Group G and plays Serbia (Nov. 24), Switzerland (Nov. 28) and Cameroon (Dec. 2). Argentina plays Saudi Arabia (Nov. 22), Mexico (Nov. 26) and Poland (Nov. 30).
The South American rivals could possibly meet in the semifinals.
