Borussia Dortmund made it a sensational 17 goals in their last three matches following their 5-1 victory over Wolfsburg on Tuesday. This match, combined with their 6-0 weekend victory over Darmstadt and 6-0 Champions League triumph against Legia Warsaw, makes them the hottest team in Europe.
Dortmund climbed to the top of the Bundesliga table, albeit momentarily as they’ve played one more match than Bayern Munich, and Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang couldn’t hide his excitement.
“Nothing can stop us — nothing,” he said. “Of course I’m happy about my two goals and again we have played a great game, but we must not be satisfied, we must continue to work hard anyway.”

Dortmund have now have collected nine points from their opening four Bundesliga matches, their only disappointment being the 1-0 loss to RB Leipzig on September 10.
It’s a bullish statement from Aubameyang, especially when considering Bayern’s perfect start to the season. However, the preseason predictions concerning Dortmund’s offensive firepower appear to have been spot on.

Aubameyang has already registered four Bundesliga goals. Also contributing has been Gonzalo Castro, Christian Pulisic, Andre Schurrle, Raphael Guerreiro and Sebastian Rode.
The terrifying news for opponents is that Marco Reus has yet to return from injury, Mario Gotze hasn’t returned to his best and neither has Shinji Kagawa. Bayern Munich, you've been warned.
