Messi posted a message to his facebook followers in the lead up to FC Barcelona’s second leg against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League. Messi’s Barcelona lead the match-up by 2-1, but have not won in La Liga in their last three matches, the longest such streak in the era of current manager Luis Enrique. Barcelona look mortal, or as mortal as possible, for the first time a a while, but Messi’s message gives Barcelona fans reason to remain confident. 

Spanish outlet El Mundo reported on Tuesday that Lionel Messi's trial has been rescheduled from May 31 to June 7. Lionel Messi and his father, Jorge, have been charged with three counts of tax fraud, that totalled $4.4 million in unpaid taxes between the years of 2007 and 2009. 

Barcelona vs. Atletico Madrid had everything: goals, red cards, Fernando Torres, Luis Suarez, comebacks, defense, everything. Atletico made Barca work for it, but the Blaugrana came away with a 2-1 win at the Camp Nou.

Barcelona and Uruguay striker Luis Suarez is many things to many people. He's a hero, a villain, a family man, a lunatic, the leading scorer in Europe, that guy who bit Giorgio Chiellini, that guy who bit Otman Bakkal, that guy who bit Branislav Ivanovic, that guy who called Patrice Evra the n-word, that guy who batted the ball off the line in the World Cup. Johan Cruyff, a Barcelona, Netherlands and Ajax legend as both a player and manager, one of the giants of the game, one of the figures chiefly responsible for the way soccer is played today, has died from cancer at age 68.

Gerard Pique is one of the winningest defenders alive. The Spaniard has won the World Cup, UEFA Euro and Champions league, a career treble the likes of which makes the more commonly known treble of the Champions League, domestic league, and domestic cup look pedestrian (he’s won two of those as well, by the way).

Today, we take a look at three kids who broke the rules and had an absolutely amazing time because of it. Apparently these three boys snuck into Barcelona’s training ground (how they did it, we have no idea) and literally got to hang out with the entire Barcelona squad as if they were one of the boys. They will be talking about this for the rest of their lives.
