Thiago Messi steals the show from dad with a savage nutmeg during presentation

Lionel Messi was introduced as an Inter Miami player in front of a raucous sellout crowd of over 20,000 at DRV PNK Stadium in Fort Lauderdale on Sunday night. Messi was welcomed in the driving rain with an impressive display of pyrotechnics and star-studded video messages (Tom Brady! Steph Curry! Gregg!), and he thanked the crowd for making his family feel so welcome in the city.

Who are the musical guests at Lionel Messi's unveiling show as an Inter Miami player?

It's time.

Lionel Messi is going to be officially presented as a new player of Inter Miami this Sunday (6 p.m. ET) during a show called "The Unveil" or "La PresentaSÍon."

Mexico national team finds viral kid who wanted to be Mexican, feeds him quesadillas

Sorry, Panama. I know the Gold Cup final is later Sunday night, but the tournament has already been won by Mexico after members of the national team met the child who wanted to be Mexican — so he could spend his days eating quesadillas — and presented him with that delicacy and an El Tri jersey.

It was revealed in the original video that the four-year-old boy has Ethiopian roots, but that's all over now — just look at how content he is to be wearing La Verde and eating that delicious cheesiness melted inside a warm tortilla.

Lucho for MVP and St. Louis City's stunning freekick: 5 takeaways from MLS Matchday 26

League play has come to a halt but watching Matchday 26, you’d never be able to tell. With the All-Star Game around the corner and the highly advertised Leagues Cup set to kick off in less than a week, teams were still in high gear across the league.

Harry Kane undergoes a personal transformation while eating wings on Hot Ones

Harry Kane has won a trophy — a trophy in the game of life by successfully eating 10 increasingly spicy wings on "Hot Ones" and living to tell the tale.

His people missed a pretty big opportunity to announce a transfer to Bayern Munich while sweating profusely and with tears in his eyes after eating wing #10, so if you're a Tottenham supporter you've got nothing to worry about.

For the rest of you, I know what you've come to see: Harry Kane's facial reactions.

Gold Cup semifinal predictions: We've been drinking the Kool-Aid

The Concacaf Gold Cup semifinals are upon us Wednesday night, and although it's easy to pencil the United States and Mexico into the final for a third straight time, we shouldn't be so quick to write off Panama or Jamaica.

This feels like a particularly open final four. You could probably make just as convincing of an argument about why the U.S. is the best team remaining as you could one about why they're the worst, and the same goes for El Tri.

EA SPORTS FC 24 Ultimate Edition cover revealed with 31 players

EA SPORTS FC 24 is only a couple months away from its rumored release date, and this week offers our first major glimpse at the franchise formerly known as FIFA — beginning with Monday's release of an official announce trailer (voiced by Daniel Kaluuya).

I'm also just now realizing that EA SPORTS is attempting to get us to transition from saying "FIFA" to "FC," which is pretty smart marketing. So here's our first look at FC 24.

Is Riqui Puig a serious MVP candidate? 5 takeaways from MLS Matchday 24

Matchday 24 was critical for many of the cellar dwellers in MLS. Important results took different forms, like Charlotte FC’s draw against Cincinnati or Colorado’s first win at home, so let’s take a look at what these results mean for those clubs stranded at the bottom of the table.

USMNT predicted starting XI vs. Canada: Here's how we take down the hosers

The USMNT is soaring into the Concacaf Gold Cup knockout rounds after twice matching their largest margin of victory in tournament history (back-to-back 6-0 results against Saint Kitts and Nevis and Trinidad and Tobago).

But all that will quickly be forgotten Sunday night when the U.S. welcomes Canada to TQL Stadium in Cincinnati with the knowledge that anything less than safe passage to the semifinals will be considered an unmitigated disaster, especially against a Canadian team that finished behind Guatemala in group play.
