No VAR needed: Player sent off after dropping his pants and urinating on the field

When you have to pee, you have to pee. That's probably what Argentino de Merlo midfielder Leonel Ovejero was thinking when struck by the natural urge, so he decided to drop his pants and proceeded to urinate on the field where the game between his team and Sacachispas was being played.

Little did he know the act would cost him a straight red card.

Jürgen Klinsmann looks for quick fix after disappointing start with South Korea

Jürgen Klinsmann has defended his underwhelming start to life as South Korea coach with the German yet to win any of his four games in charge since taking over from Paulo Bento.

An opening draw with Colombia was followed by losses against Uruguay and Peru while Klinsmann's side were held to a 1-1 draw by El Salvador on Tuesday in their most recent international.

FMF announced that Jaime Lozano, who led Mexico to a bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021, will take over as interim manager.

Mexico lost the war against the infamous, discriminatory chant – here is why

Mexico had a rough night against the United States in the Nations League on Thursday.

The USMNT completely dominated El Tri in a performance that would be hard to forget. However, beyond the tactic and strategic horrors of the squad managed by Diego Cocca, the worst part of the game was the incapacity of players and fans to accept the defeat with any sense of dignity.

City win first UCL title thanks to key Romelu Lukaku goal-saving clearance… against his own team

Manchester City are UEFA Champions League winners for the first time in club history after defeating Inter Milan 1-0 on Saturday in the final in Istanbul, Turkey. The victory sees City complete the treble of winning the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup all in the same season.

Critics and pundits heavily favored City to win, however it was anything but easy for the EPL giants. Pep Guardiola’s City side came out flat while Inter were fantastic defensively to frustrate and push City to their limits.
