Luis Suárez was enraged this past weekend when an opponent threw his shoe off the field during Gremio’s 3-0 victory vs. Cruzeiro on Sunday.

With Gremio leading 1-0 courtesy of a Suárez goal, they were about to go into halftime with the lead. Before the stoppage time was up, an incident took place involving the Uruguayan and Cruzeiro’s Marlon.

After not getting a call he wanted, Suárez sat near the sideline with one shoe off complaining. Marlon wasn’t having it and decided to play some mind games and toss Suárez’s shoe.

MilanTV commentator Mauro Suma is loving the arrival of Christian Pulisic to AC Milan more than anyone else. The Italian commentator has seen two Pulisic goals in two games and his reactions are the best.

Suma’s call of Pulisic’s goal vs. Torino from Saturday is about as good as it gets. The USMNT star opened the scoring in the 33rd minute to give Milan a 1-0 lead and this was Suma’s response on air.

Comedian Karl Porter went ultra-viral on Wednesday after a clip of his slow motion soccer celebration act spread on the internet. During his comedy set the UK comedian asked the crowd if they wanted to see his goal celebration.

The game was between Vorskla and Veres Rivne and in the 20th minute Vorskla led 2-0. They must have felt bad for their opponents or something because it’s hard to describe what went wrong on their goal kick.

When FIFA made the bracket for the Women’s World Cup, they did so assuming the United States women’s national team would top their group.

If that had been the case, then the U.S. would’ve been playing South Africa in the Round of 16 at 10 p.m. ET on Saturday. If they won that game the quarterfinal match vs. the winner of Spain-Switzerland would be on Thursday at 9 p.m. ET.

FIFA tried to make viewing the Women’s World Cup for American fans easy, however the lackluster group stage games from the USWNT put a wrench in those plans.

The world watched Friday night as Lionel Messi made a dream debut for Inter Miami scoring a last-minute free kick for a 2-1 win vs. Cruz Azul in the Leagues Cup.

Superstars watched on at DRV PNK stadium with the likes of LeBron James, Kim Kardashian and club owner David Beckham in attendance.

D.C. United head coach Wayne Rooney was given the honor of being the coach for the 2023 MLS All-Star team. The game won’t be a fond memory for Rooney as he watched his side get trounced by Arsenal 5-0 on Wednesday.

The match wasn’t pretty as the All-Stars only managed a single shot on target the entire game and were torn apart on defense.

After the game a reporter asked Rooney what his takeaways were as head coach. His response was incredibly on brand.
