There are two rules for hiring someone for a position as a public figure that everyone should follow in 2018. Rule No. 1: make sure that person is qualified for the position. Rule No. 2: read their dang tweets.
The England FA evidently did not follow either of these rules before they announced Phil Neville as the new manager of the England Women's National Team.

Arsenal and Chelsea played to a 0-0 draw in the Carabao Cup semifinals Wednesday (marking the FOURTH time the two sides have drawn this season), and it was DEFINITELY a soccer game, that's for sure. Bayer Leverkusen manager Heiko Herrlich has been hit with a fine approaching $14,500 after taking a comedy tumble during his side’s DFB-Pokal match against Borussia Monchengladbach on December 20.
