Slavia’s Kudela Banned For 10 Matches For Racist Behavior, Will Miss This Summer’s Euros

Slavia Prague defender Ondrej Kudela has been banned for 10 matches for racist behavior in the Europa League last-16 match against Scottish side Rangers last month, European soccer's governing body UEFA said on Wednesday.

Rangers midfielder Glen Kamara said he was racially abused by Kudela in the game, when the Scottish club was knocked out in the second leg, which included a melee on the pitch and clashes in the tunnel afterwards.

UEFA said on Friday it was investigating incidents in Rangers' Europa League clash with Slavia Prague after the Scottish club's midfielder Glen Kamara complained of being racially abused by a visiting player in Thursday's 2-0 defeat in Glasgow.
