Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Arsenal):

With Manchester United hosting Liverpool this weekend, there’s some risk going with those clubs’ attacking players. Not so with Arsenal and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The numbers are in — Mykhailo Mudryk posted a faster sprint speed than every NFL player this season

New Chelsea signing Mykhailo Mudryk is turning heads with his incredible sprint speed. After one appearance for the Blues, he set the Premier League’s record for fastest top speed of the season. How fast is Mudryk when compared to the speedsters in the NFL?

The numbers might surprise you.

Obviously, we will mention that the NFL players are wearing helmets and pads which slightly lowers their speed. Still, Mudryk stacks up incredibly well.

All 5 goals from Arsenal vs. Manchester United, ranked

They promised us the good old days when league-leading Arsenal welcomed third-place Manchester United to the Emirates on Sunday; a bit of blood and thunder of the Roy Keane-Patrick Vieira, Ruud van Nistelrooy-Martin Keown variety that's been largely lacking over the last 15 years of this rivalry.

Well it was just like old times with the Gunners taking the majority of possession and menacing throughout but United looking no less virile when they thundered forward on the counter (although the presence of Wout Weghorst does take some of the glamor away).

Jesse Marsch and Leeds left one point above the relegation zone after getting blanked by Brentford

LEEDS, England - Leeds United and Brentford played out a 0-0 draw in the Premier League at Elland Road on Sunday leaving the hosts a point above the relegation zone following a frustrating afternoon.

The disappointing result stretches Leeds' winless run to six league games and leaves them in 15th place in the standings just a point above third-bottom Bournemouth.

"Points are crucial for us at the moment," said Leeds forward Jack Harrison. "We would like to get as many as we can and would have liked to win but we take the point, move on and get ready for the next game."

Erling Haaland fires another hat-trick, reaches 25 EPL goals in just 19 appearances

MANCHESTER, England - Norwegian goalscoring phenomenon Erling Haaland fired his fourth Premier League hat-trick of a remarkable season to earn Manchester City a comfortable 3-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.

City dominated the first half and deservedly took the lead after Haaland headed home from a pinpoint cross from Kevin De Bruyne in the 40th minute.

Mykhailo Mudryk almost scores vintage Hazard-esque goal on Chelsea debut, highlights vs. Liverpool

Mykhalio Mudryk was announced as new Chelsea player last Sunday after the Blues paid a staggering $110 million for the Ukrainian international.

Yet another MLS teenager has moved to the Premier League

It's been confirmed that Colombian forward Jhon Durán has completed a move to Aston Villa in the Premier League for a potential transfer fee of $22 million. The 19-year-old made 27 appearances during his time with the Chicago Fire, scoring eight goals including a spectacular brace against Toronto FC.

Durán is now the second teenager to make the switch from the Fire to the Premier League following his former teammate Gabriel “Gaga” Slonina, who currently plays for Chelsea.

Aaron Ramsdale brushes off getting kicked in the back by Tottenham supporter

LONDON, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale said he was attacked by a fan just after his side had earned a 2-0 victory in a fiery North London derby with Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday.

Ramsdale was man-of-the-match as he kept Tottenham at bay time and again and also clashed with several Spurs players during the match.

Spurs' Brazilian forward Richarlison had an altercation with Ramsdale after the final whistle, before a Tottenham supporter seemed to climb on the pitch-side advertising boards and kick the 24-year-old.

Not even the global TV feed going down could save Spurs against superior Arsenal

LONDON - Leaders Arsenal put on a masterclass to overwhelm shell-shocked north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 away and extend the gap at the top of the Premier League to eight points on Sunday.

The Gunners flew out of the blocks from the opening whistle and built a first-half lead through a clumsy own goal by Spurs keeper Hugo Lloris and a sublime strike from Martin Ødegaard.

Chelsea announce $110M Mykhailo Mudryk signing mid-game

Chelsea announced Mykhailo Mudryk as their fifth signing of the January transfer window on Sunday, after the Ukrainian winger completed his move from Shakhtar Donetsk to the Premier League club.

In a statement, Shakhtar said they "will receive $76 million for the player and another $33 million is envisaged as a bonus payment."

The 22-year-old has signed on an eight-and-a-half-year contract.
