Goalkeeper Goal Alert!
GOALKEEPER GOAL, EVERYBODY. This one comes out of the Danish Superliga and by netminder Steffen Rasmussen of the club AGF Aarhus (real name Aarhus Gymnastikforening). Times were tough as AGF were trailing AaB Fodbold late in the match. But luckily 6 mintues of added time gave Rasmussen the opportunity to create greatness. In the 4th minute of added time, the Stenvad, Denmark native left his post in goal to particpate in a last gasp effort for AGF. And what do you know, the 33-year-old gets left completely unmarked and heads home the equalizer! It's hard to understand how he got left unmarked as he is in a bright yellow shirt, but hey! We'll take it! For those keeping track at home, it was a huge point for AGF who are sitting in the bottom half of the Danish Super League table. Here are some forigen tweets that we don't understand and the current table:
Steffen Rasmussen er den sidste målmand, jeg ville forvente en scoring fra. Hans bedste aktion ude i feltet nogensinde. #sldk
