Arsenal Team Golazo vs Norwich 2013
When Arsenal are playing well, their passes are crisp, they're holding possession and they score beautiful goals that keep Arsene Wenger from actually getting a legit striker. With that said, this Arsenal goal vs Norwich in 2013 was a masterpiece. The Jack Wilshere and Olivier Giroud link up displayed tikki-takka football at its finest and it arguably was the best goal of that 2013 campaign. Lets break it down.
5 passes create this peach of a team goal. Wilshere spurs the play by passing the ball to the ever talented Santi Cazorla who then feeds Giroud. Giroud's then provides a sneaky backheel to the streaking Wilshere who somehow feeds the ball back to the Frenchman, who then executes another ridiculous pass with the outside of his foot on the hop. Wilshere gets the ball back and finishes easily only ending the perfect succession of runs, and passes. It was pure team football, and it was beautiful. For the friends that you have who hate on the sport, show them this goal and simply ask them if they realize the skill it takes to pull this off. It is probably the toughest in all of sport. Well done Gunners.
