Ronaldo Scores 750th Goal Of Career In Rout Of Dynamo Kyiv

TURIN, Italy — Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo scored the 750th goal of his remarkable career in a 3-0 win over Dynamo Kyiv on Wednesday as Stephanie Frappart became the first female referee to take charge of a Champions League match.

Federico Chiesa, with his first-ever Champions League goal, and Alvaro Morata were also on target while Ronaldo reached another milestone although it was far from his most spectacular goal as the ball appeared to go in off his shin.

Four Fabulous Giroud Goals Secure Top Spot In Group E For Chelsea

Chelsea flexed its superiority with a comfortable 4-0 victory against Sevilla on Wednesday in the Champions League to claim Group E’s top spot. Four top-class Olivier Giroud goals vs Sevilla got the job done for the Blues.

The London club came into the fixture on a 14-game unbeaten streak in all competitions and immediately put the pressure on Sevilla after the first whistle. In the eighth minute Kai Havertz found open space to dribble before laying the ball off to Giroud, who finished the chance beautifully.

Neymar At His Best In PSG’s 3-1 Victory Over Manchester United

UEFA Champions League Group H has three teams level on nine points heading into next week’s final matchday after PSG defeated Manchester United 3-1 at Old Trafford on Wednesday. Neymar’s early goal was canceled out in the first half by Marcus Rashford, but PSG captain Marquinhos turned home a nice 69th-minute winner to hugely complicate things for United before Neymar’s late tap-in.

A Tyler Adams Hockey Assist Is Only Like The 14th Reason To Watch These RB Leipzig-İstanbul Başakşehir Highlights

Champions League Group B Is A Really Fancy Version Of The MLS Cup Playoffs

Inter Milan lives! (Along with every other team in Champions League Group B heading into next week’s final matchday.)

After Shakhtar Donetsk denied Real Madrid a place in the Round of 16 by winning 2-0 at the Olimpiyskiy earlier in the day, Inter caused more disruption on Tuesday after defeating Borussia Mönchengladbach 3-2 at Borussia-Park.

Real Madrid Faces Europa League Future After 2nd Defeat To Shakhtar Donetsk

As things stand, Real Madrid is out of the Champions League. Shakhtar Donetsk, for the second time, has defeated Real, this time by a scoreline of 2-0 at the Olimpiyskiy.

Although now level on seven points in Group B, Shakhtar holds the head-to-head tiebreaker. Borussia Mönchengladbach could win the group later Tuesday by defeating Inter at Borussia-Park, an outcome that Real would probably accept at this point since Los Blancos could then host a disinterested Gladbach side on the final matchday.

The Streets Won’t Forget Hatem Ben Arfa Because He Still Runs Them

Hatem Ben Arfa should be gone but not forgotten by now. More precisely, he should be remembered by old heads around the block under the guise of “the streets will never forget” accompanied by video highlights of the two seasons in which he was entirely unplayable: 2011-12 with Newcastle United and 2015-16 with Nice.

Andrea Belotti Is Still With Torino, Still Scoring Goals At An Incredible Rate

Torino's Andrea Belotti was allowed to run on to the back post by Sampdoria's defense in the first half of the matchup between the two sides on Monday and promptly made his opponent's pay.

Belotti tucked away his seventh league goal of the season after a lovely piece of skill by 19-year-old right back Wilfried Sango was followed by an inch-perfect cross to find the club captain in the six-yard box.

Besiktas Claims The Spoils In Action-Packed Istanbul Derby

In the latest edition of one of the many Istanbul derbies, Beşiktaş came out on top against rivals Fenerbahçe, 4-3.

Beşiktaş entered the game having won three of its last four, most recently defeating fellow Istanbul side Basaksehir. Sergen Yalçın's side endured an inconsistent start to the season, going four games without a win from mid-September into early October. Since then, though, it has been much improved, moving into fourth place as a result of Sunday's win.
