Nicolas Cage is making/has made a movie called Arsenal, which, from the trailer, you might not think is about soccer, specifically not about the North London-based EPL team of the same name.
But it is.

Tottenham have apparently forgotten which holiday is approaching, and I think that's great. A picture from the club's Christmas party revealed the players had dressed up in costumes like it's Halloween.
It doesn't have to be Halloween for wearing costumes to be a good idea. Any holiday can work, or any day, really. Tottenham aren't letting convention define them, and that's great. Now, to the costumes.
Leicester City's Wes Morgan has apparently entered into some kind of agreement with Captain Morgan rum, which caused us to wonder why this wasn't a thing already. It also got us thinking about Toby Keith for some reason, which is why we made up this song (to the tune of "Rum is the Reason"), for which we are deeply sorry.

According to the University of Bristol, 88 percent of people who set a New Year’s resolution ultimately fail. Worryingly, that total comes despite the fact that 52 percent of people set out with the utmost confidence in their ability to achieve their goal. This should tell you a lot about the human race.
