Chicharito Got An Assist In His First game Since Falling Down The Stairs And Breaking His Hand

A few weeks ago, Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez broke his hand falling down the stairs at his house. This is, admittedly, not the least-embarrassing way to hurt yourself. Hernandez was back in action Saturday for Bayer Leverkusen against Hamburg.

(Chicharito's assist starts at 1:55)

Giovani Dos Santos Puts On A Master Class Against Real Salt Lake

Giovani dos Santos’ year-long exclusion from the Mexican national team is all the more baffling when you consider his form of late. Raul Jimenez Scored For Benfica On Saturday

Raul Jimenez looks like he's finally realizing the potential everyone knew he had. Jimenez's latest came in stoppage time against CD Nacional de Madeira Saturday.

Porto are in through the qualifying rounds to the Champions League group stage after defeating Roma (who by the end were playing with nine) 3-0, with the second and third goals being scored by Miguel Layun and Tecatito Corona, respectively.

First, Layun made Wojciech Szczesny look like a sillyhead and rounded the Roma keeper for an easy finish.

The Rise And Rise Of Carlos Salcedo

Carlos Salcedo’s remarkable rise from unknown youngster training with Major League Soccer’s Real Salt Lake to representing the Mexico national team with regularity reached another milestone on Sunday. Chivas Guadalajara confirmed that the 22-year-old defender will spend the year on loan with Italy’s Fiorentina.

Bayer Leverkusen sriker Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez is out for at least two weeks after breaking his hand falling down the stairs at his house.

Really.
