Premier League Final Day Preview: Longest PL Season Set For Nerve-Racking Climax

Three hundred and fifty-three days since Liverpool kicked off the Premier League season it will stagger to a conclusion on Sunday with unresolved issues at both ends of the table set to provide last-day drama.

Liverpool are champions and Norwich City, the side whom they beat on Aug. 9 to launch their title charge, are down and Manchester City are distant runners-up.

After that everything is up for grabs.

Professional Party Pooper Pulisic Comes Up Just Short Of Ruining Liverpool's Big Day

Christian Pulisic tried everything in his power to be the “Johnny Raincloud” for Liverpool on the day where the Reds would lift the Premier League trophy for the first time in club history. And damn did Pulisic come close.

The American sat on the bench for the start of the match and had to watch Liverpool open the floodgates in the first half with three goals in the span of 20 minutes.

The scoring frenzy began with Naby Keïta picking up Willian’s loose touch and going for top bins with a thunderbolt of a strike.

Pogba's Youth Soccer Move Mistake Drops Precious Points For Manchester United

Remembering The Days of 'Sexy' Stoke City

It feels like ages ago now, but not long ago Stoke City tried to be the next Barcelona.

The year was 2013. Manager Tony Pulis left the club at the end of the 2012-13 campaign, failing to achieve better than an 11th-place finish in five Premier League seasons. On paper this seems mediocre. But considering Stoke lacked the funds and footballing quality of other Premier League outfits, consistent middle-table finishes were infinitely better than relegation.

West Ham’s London Stadium To Become More ‘Football Friendly’

If you’re a West Ham fan, you know what it’s like to sit a million lightyears away from the pitch. The London stadium has proven to be … not so viewer friendly. Being so far away from the action means missing a lot of it.

But, West Ham’s London Stadium is set to become more “football friendly” for the 2020-21 season. Two new stands will be added to the stadium behind the goals. Seats will be moved up to 4 meters closer to the pitch.
