Karim Benzema has 20 goals for Real Madrid so far this season, but that's not what everyone has been talking about in regards to the French striker.

Instead, Benzema has mostly been in the news for various run-ins witht the law and various appearances in various courtrooms.

We thought everything was on its way to settling itself, but we were wrong. Benzema finds himself banned from the French National Team until his legal troubles sort themselves out, putting his Euro 2016 in doubt.

Sometimes clubs and player do things that make you realize that they do still have things in perspective, and they don’t see the world through a Lamborghini kaleidoscope lens (although that sounds really cool, not gonna lie). 

Palestinian five-year-old Ahmed Dawabcheh lost his parents and baby brother in a firebombing carried out by Jewish extremists. This tragedy led to Dawabcheh suffering injuries as well, and he has spent the last 8 months of his life recovering.

It was only a matter of time before we featured Cristiano Ronaldo in our “18 Seconds of” series. Today, we take a look at three kids who broke the rules and had an absolutely amazing time because of it. Apparently these three boys snuck into Barcelona’s training ground (how they did it, we have no idea) and literally got to hang out with the entire Barcelona squad as if they were one of the boys. They will be talking about this for the rest of their lives.

Barcelona is apparently extending its search for the next Messi deep into the United States, according to a statement made by the club. 

The club is has reached agreements to open several FCBEscolas across Japan and the United states, in cities like Orlando and Chicago.

We wouldn't blame you for thinking that Lionel Messi has broken every record worth breaking at Barcelona. He has smashed a lot of them. Most goals for Barcelona in La Liga, most goals for Barcelona in the Champions League, most goals in a calendar year and so on and so forth. 

Lionel Messi became the first player to score 20+ goals in 8 successive La Liga seasons today.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has a rare combination of ability and speed, and now it seems he may bring this combination to Real Madrid. In a recent interview with beIN Sports, we learn Aubameyang promised his grandfather that he would play for Los Blancos one day.
