Ronaldo Rips A Half Volley Straight Into His Teammate’s Face, Ending Him

Things are going fine for Cristiano Ronaldo in Italy. On Sunday, the 34-year-old scored his 18th league goal in 23 appearances during Juventus’ 3-0 victory over Sassuolo. Following Napoli’s draw with Fiorentina, the win sees Juve open up an 11-point gap at the top of the table with 15 matches remaining.

So it’s looking like an eighth straight Scudetto for the Old Lady and a Capocannoniere for Ronaldo as Serie A’s top scorer. Ho-hum.

For The Love Of Messi And Salah

Pepsi recently launched a new global marketing campaign to more than 100 countries. Its new "For The Love Of It" slogan reached both Argentina and Egypt's finest.

Lionel Messi and Mohamed Salah showed off why they are two of the world’s best target strikers. They took Pepsi’s challenge with ease as Messi double dipped by kicking the ball through the target, while also hitting a perfect bottle flip.Talk about raising the standards for bottle flipping.

Jamie Vardy Gets Subbed In To Take Immediate Penalty, Maybe Not The Best Strategy

Tottenham stayed lurking in the Premier League title race with a 3-1 victory over Leicester City on Sunday, but it wasn’t that straightforward. Dávinson Sánchez gave Spurs the lead on 33 minutes, but they wouldn’t improve on that advantage until after the hour mark, and minutes before that, things should have been level.

A foray forward from the Foxes ultimately resulted in James Maddison being barged over by Jan Vertonghen, and Leicester used the resulting stoppage in play to bring on Jamie Vardy for Demarai Gray.

As is customary, FC Barcelona walked out to "El Cant del Barça" during Wednesday's Copa del Rey semifinal first leg against Real Madrid. But due to the significance of the occasion — what with it being an El Clásico semifinal — the accompanying music was turned off and the anthem was sung a cappella.

Wednesday night's announced attendance was 92,008, so the result was staggering.

This Salt Truck Spinning Out On Ice Is Just Like A Tackle From France Today

Up in Minnesota, the polar vortex came, dropped temperatures to minus-28 degrees and went. Up next was some overnight freezing rain that left everything caked in ice on Monday morning. Some people took the opportunity to play ice hockey in the streets, some went about attempting to fix the situation — I'm talking about that hero the salt truck driver.

But just as we can ask who watches the watchmen, who salts for the saltmen?

Enjoy The Puppy Bowl? Check Out Atlanta United’s Spin-Off, World Pup

If you’re like the rest of America, you’ve probably got the Puppy Bowl on right now. It’s the 15th edition of the game on Animal Planet, and it’s shaping up to be a real doozy.

Madman Pulls Off Four Consecutive Nutmegs In Under Five Seconds

Pulling off a nutmeg is exhilarating. Executing back-to-back megs is the stuff of legend. Three straight is unheard of. Four? That’s too outlandish for Hollywood. M. Night Shyamalan would slap you for even thinking something so preposterous.

But over in the Israeli Premier League, it’s just been done. The mad lad that probably deserves arresting is Maccabi Netanya’s Fatos Bećiraj. The 30-year-old Montenegrin striker redefined holdup play with this five-second display of savagery.

Bayern Munich sure loves Texas.

Last year, the German club partnered with FC Dallas to create a player-development program. Bayern has brought a number of Americans over on loan from the MLS club, even signing 18-year-old Chris Richards earlier this month.
