Fresh from his stint in the CSL with Hebei China Fortune, former Arsenal and Roma winger Gervinho appears to be loving life back in Italy with Serie A side Parma. After scoring against Juventus back on Sept. 1, the Ivory Coast flyer registered his second of the season Saturday in Parma’s 2-0 win over Cagliari.
After gaining possession just outside his own box, Gervinho tore off on a scintillating solo run — riding two tactical fouls that attempted to stop his own interpretation of Maradona’s Goal of the Century — before using the right analog stick and sprint trigger to absolutely decimate the final defender.
Gervinho still had a lot to do at this point, so just check out the finish.
