Emile Smith Rowe is a promising youth player for Arsenal.
When he was 16, he was already playing for Arsenal's U-23s and signed his first professional contract at age 17 last July. He also played a few Europa League matches with the Gunners, scoring a goal against Qarabag in a 3-0 win.
Though he’s only 18, Unai Emery rates him highly and so do the fans. Even though he hasn’t played very much for the Arsenal first team, highlights of the Englishman’s youth team exploits are all over Twitter, giving Gunners fans plenty to rave about.
With limited first team opportunities this season, Emery wanted to give Rowe some first team action.
The young Englishman joined RB Leipzig in January on a six-month loan deal and unfortunately never fully recovered from a groin injury. The injury has been a slow fix and has kept him from playing during most of his time in East Germany.
Naturally, Arsenal fans want to see their young talent playing first-team football, and who wouldn’t? Even though Rowe is injured, fans have taken such a liking to the young player that they decided to bother RB Leipzig on Twitter non-stop until he plays.

Luckily for Arsenal fans, Rowe finally made his debut for Leipzig two weeks ago coming on against Wolfsburg in a 2-0 win. The problem? He came on in the 89th minute.

Leipzig’s following match against Monchengladbach, Rowe was on the bench and didn't play.
In Leipzig’s most recent match, Rowe looked poised to play. But, as luck would have it, he was injured again with adductor problems. Poor kid.
Arsenal fans didn’t look at it as an injury problem though.
you are wasting our Smith Rowe
