The Champions League Final is almost here: a rematch of the 1998 Champions League Final played in Amsterdam, the champions of Spain versus the champions of Italy. Juventus hope to win their third Champions League title in club history while Real Madrid look to win their 12th and become the first team to win back to back Champions Leagues since the competition was rebranded in 1992. Since crowning its first champion in 1956, the Champions League (known as the European Cup until 1992) winners circle has proved to be exclusive, with only 22 clubs claiming the 61 titles.
