Alberto Moreno's Incredible Turnaround Has Earned Him A Spain Call-Up

Remember when Alberto Moreno was awful? For a long time, Moreno's attack first, ask questions later while also attacking style wowed objective observers who just wanted some goals to happen and infuriated Liverpool fans who wanted Liverpool goals but not Liverpool opponent goals. And with Moreno, that could go either way.

Until this season.

Gone are the head-in-the-clouds mental lapses. Gone are the reckless kung-fu attempted tackles. Still here are the scampering runs forward, but now with common sense!

Roberto Firmino Nutmegged A Maribor Defender Back To Slovenia

When this Maribor defender woke up this morning, he probably didn't know today would be his last day as a professional soccer player. He probably didn't think Roberto Firmino would nutmeg him so badly as to necessitate his rejecting society and living out his days in a cave, as a hermit.

But that's what Firmino did, so this poor man must now grow a giant beard and take a vow of silence.

A Fan's View Inside Liverpool's Anfield Home

From a young age, every fan's dream is to attend a match at the club they support. Last week, I was lucky enough to travel across the pond to visit Anfield for a stadium tour and then see Liverpool cruise to a much-needed victory over Huddersfield Town the next day.

I am in no way a trained photographer, so bear with me as I try to portray the beauty of Anfield.

Huddersfield Coach David Wagner Violated First Rule For Best Man Speeches At Jurgen Klopp’s Wedding

Huddersfield Town coach David Wagner violated the first rule of giving a good best man speech at a wedding. While many things go into an appropriate, meaningful and still funny best man speech, it is absolutely vital that one remain relatively sober during the discourse. At Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp’s wedding in 2005, Wagner did not heed this advice.

Liverpool’s Rhian Brewster Hits Hat-Trick vs. Brazil To Send England To U-17 World Cup Final

Make it back-to-back hat-tricks for 17-year-old Liverpool talent Rhian Brewster at the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup in India. After hitting the United States for three in England’s 4-1 victory in the quarterfinals, the London-born striker again found the back of the net thrice, this time in the Three Lions’ 3-1 victory over Brazil in the semifinals.

Brewster, who scored on his Liverpool U-23 debut back in January, now leads the tournament’s Golden Boot race with seven goals. He also bravely struck the first penalty in England’s Round of 16 shootout triumph over Japan.

Tottenham Put Four Past Godawful Liverpool Defense With Harry Kane Leading The Charge

The largest Premier League attendance of all-time — 80,827 spectators inside Tottenham’s temporary Wembley Stadium home — witnessed a hugely absorbing encounter between Spurs and Liverpool on Sunday with the home side ultimately registering a comprehensive 4-1 victory. Liverpool’s defense, particularly center half Dejan Lovren, was an absolute shambles, and Tottenham were cruising at 4-1 by the match’s 56th minute thanks to a brace from Harry Kane and additional goals from Son Heung-Min and Dele Alli.
