Wayne Rooney Will Play For Everton Against Villarreal

Wayne Rooney was predicted to become one of the best strikers in the world when he made his debut for Everton in 2002 at only 16 years old. He later fulfilled the hype at Manchester United, where he was sold for £25.6.

Eleven years later Rooney is set to make every Everton’s fan dream come true by putting that blue jersey back on for dear friend and mentor Duncan Ferguson, who is set to have his testimonial this summer.

When it comes to describing Luis Suarez, Gerrard Pique said it best

“He is a different style of player to those we had before. Xavi and Iniesta are really sweet and you enjoy watching them with the ball. With Luis Suárez it is the other side: he fights.”

A Comedian Just Made It Rain On The Most Powerful Man In Soccer

I almost feel bad for Sepp Blatter at this point; keyword: almost.

Don’t get me wrong, what is happening to him is completely pathetic and pitiful, but he deserves it all. His first words of his latest press conference were so ironic it was like someone paid him to take classes in poetic irony just for the occasion:

“We have to clean here first.”

Yes, Sepp, yes you do.

What Is Cristiano Ronaldo’s Net Worth?

It is hard to find the net worth of Cristiano Ronaldo. Specifically, it is hard to know if you have found the correct net worth of Cristiano Ronaldo. The values spat at you from a simple Google search range from $160 million to $310 million.

Steven Gerrard Had A Dream League Debut For LA Galaxy

For the first half hour or so, it looked like San Jose was going to spoil the party for Steven Gerrard and the LA Galaxy.

But, led by Gerrard and Robbie Keane, the Galaxy rallied behind the former Liverpool teammates to erase a 2-0 defecit and eventually win 5-2.

Gerrard scored his first MLS goal, added an assist and drew a penalty. Robbie Keane scored a hat trick, including two penalties.

This was one of the more exciting designated player league debuts we've seen. Now, the question is ifl Gerrard's good form will continue.

Cristiano Ronaldo Even Dives In Practice

Ronaldo either learned a valuable lesson or took his diving theatrics to a whole new level at a recent Real Madrid training.

A video surfaced showing Ronaldo bumping Portugal and Real Madrid teammate Pepe, then Pepe getting sweet revenge.

He went in hard for a tackle and Ronaldo flopped around like a fish out of water.

What do you think, did Pepe actually hurt Ronaldo or was Cristiano just faking.

Beckham Finally Granted Approval For MLS Stadium

After announcing yet another new club to join the MLS, David Beckham and his partners were halted by a very large obstacle. Where would they house their team?

The Miami club was expected to be in full operation by 2014, after Beckham was granted permission to own an expansion club upon signing for the Galaxy in 2007, but with no where to play the clubs future has been delayed.

The Owner Of Chivas Has Just Said Chicharito Will Never Go To The MLS

Jorge Vergara, the owner of Chivas de Guadalajara, has said that he will do all he can financially to make sure that Javier Hernandez comes to Liga MX instead of the MLS, should the Mexican international leave Manchester United.

Speaking to ESPN Mexico’s Raza Deportivo, Vergara had this to say on the possibility of such move.

Lucas Moura Says Zlatan Is A Nice Guy In Real Life

Lucas Moura would like to set the record straight regarding Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Lucas said that his PSG teammate is actually a nice guy, a far cry from his outspoken, incendiary public persona.

"He is very different from what people think - he is a very nice guy in real life," Lucas told French newsaper L'Equipe.

What? This is not what we were expecting at all. You mean Zlatan doesn't force his teammaates to call him "King Ibra" and give them wedgies? That's no fun.
