Jürgen Klopp pulls his hamstring celebrating winner in front of the fourth official

In a match best described as barely-believable, Liverpool took a 3-0 lead over Spurs inside 15 minutes on Sunday before Tottenham stunned Anfield with three of their own, culminating in Richarlison's equalizer at 90+3'.

But Diogo Jota earned all three points for Liverpool at 90+4', and in the ensuing bedlam manager Jürgen Klopp twanged his hamstring while pointedly celebrating the goal in the fourth official's face.

Warning: If you've pulled your hamstring before, this clip will conjure painful memories. You can almost feel this video.

Julián Álvarez earns special praise from Guardiola after wondergoal sends City top

LONDON - Erling Haaland put yet more notches in an incredible first season with Manchester City but Julián Álvarez also received special praise from manager Pep Guardiola after Sunday's 2-1 win at Fulham which put City back on top of the table.

City were dealt a blow with Kevin de Bruyne ruled out with an injury, but even without their Belgian playmaker the combination of Haaland and Álvarez ensured victory.

Tim Ream breaks arm against Manchester City

Fulham captain Tim Ream's season ended prematurely on Sunday as he suffered a broken arm in the 2-1 home defeat by Manchester City in the Premier League.

"It looked clear Tim Ream will not play for us this season, broken his arm," Fulham manager Marco Silva said.

Watch: Brentford score in 94th minute to complete comeback win vs. Nottingham Forest

LONDON — Brentford beat Nottingham Forest 2-1 at home in the Premier League on Saturday after Ivan Toney and Josh Dasilva scored late second-half goals to leave the visitors a point above the relegation zone.

The result leaves Forest in 17th with 30 points, above 18th-placed Leicester City who have a game in hand. Brentford are ninth with 50 points.

It was Brentford who applied the early pressure as Forest keeper Keylor Navas and his defensive line stood firm to deny the home side who struggled in the final third in the first half.

Alexander Isak schools 3 Everton defenders with unreal dribble before Newcastle goal

Last Sunday, Newcastle humiliated Tottenham 6-1 with Joe Willock providing one of the best assists of the Premier League season for his side's fourth goal, finished by Alexander Isak.

Chelsea sit just 10 points above relegation zone after sixth straight EPL game without a win

LONDON — Brentford condemned Chelsea to a fifth defeat in five games in all competitions under interim coach Frank Lampard on Wednesday as an own goal by Blues' captain Cesar Azpilicueta and a strike by Bryan Mbeumo handed the Bees a 2-0 win in the Premier League.

The loss left toothless Chelsea 11th in the Premier League table, stumbling towards possibly their worst campaign since the 1993/94 season - when they finished 14th under Glenn Hoddle - despite their new U.S. owners' huge outlay on players.

Haaland lets his freak flag fly, sets record for most goals in a 38-game EPL season

After watching Manchester City's 4-1 beatdown of Arsenal on Wednesday, you might be tempted to say the only difference between the two sides is Kevin De Bruyne (two goals, one assist) and Erling Haaland (one goal, two assists), but when you consider the ludicrous amount of quality those two possess then the three-goal margin sounds about right.

Newcastle humiliate Spurs with 5 goals in opening 21 minutes

St James' Park was reveling in a glorious attacking display with the atmosphere inside the ground turning into a carnival — every completed pass was greeted with an "olé" while the crowd bellowed "shoot" at goalkeeper Nick Pope whenever he took possession.

We still had 60 minutes to play.
