You know how goalkeepers are always strapping, unstrapping and re-strapping their straps? WELL THAT’S OVER NOW. At least that’s what Nike’s trying to achieve with their latest innovation: the strapless Nike Mercurial Touch Elite Goalkeeper Gloves.

'Tis the season for MLS clubs to release their kits for 2018. This is always a big deal. The jersey arms race must be won at all costs. Uniforms must be better, cooler, flashier, more interesting than the competition's. Sometimes, teams will throw cool "Easter eggs" and the like into their new alternate kits. That's where teams can really get creative. So, we have suggestions for one-off alternate jerseys (one for each team, to be exact) MLS teams could use to bolster their brands and bring in those sweet millennial dollars. Thank us later.

Adidas began rolling out women’s versions of their cleats back in 2016 with the main difference being a slightly narrower fit. And so when adidas brought back their legendary Predator boots last year, a women’s specific design was introduced as well. However, the shoe company just dropped a gorgeous color way for the Predators that’ll be exclusive to the women’s silhouette. 

‘Member the 2009 Nike Ronaldinho Dois boots? They were boss. They had the little cushions, making your control entirely like that of Ronaldinho's. They had the little multicolor seams, signifying that while you came to ball, you also liked to drink your fair share of caipirinhas on the weekend. With those boots, you transformed into a party animal, both on and off the pitch.

20 years ago, Ronaldo “O Fenômeno” was on top of the footballing world having dominated Europe with both Barcelona and Inter Milan before scoring four goals and adding three assists to help Brazil to the final of the 1998 FIFA World Cup. Every playground footballer wanted to be Ronaldo, and purchasing the Nike Mercurial Superfly II boots was really as close as you could get to replicating a single part of his game.
