Have you ever received a red card? It's a maddening, frustrating experience. You're angry at yourself. You're angry at the ref. You're (presumably) angry at the person you just did a red-card-worthy offense to. There's a lot of anger to go around.

Should you ever find yourself in the position of receiving a red card, just try to control yourself and don't react like this guy did. It's bad.

UCLA sent a message to the nation on Monday. The message was a terrifying one, something like opening up your mailbox and finding a ransom note covered in spiders. Don’t mess with the Bruins.

They destroyed the nation’s top ranked NCAA team, the Akron Zips, 6-1 at Drake Stadium in Los Angeles. With UCLA enjoying a 2-0 in the game’s 52nd minute, it was now or never with regards to Akron mounting a comeback.
