Good news for Real Madrid fans: Cristiano Ronaldo is back in training. The club announced their superstar Portuguese winger completed a training session Monday, leaving the door open for the Ballon d'Or runner-up to take the pitch in the Champions League later this week.

Ronaldo has been out since April 20 with a thigh injury, but it looks like he could be back fit in time for Madrid's Champions League clash with Manchester City Wednesday.
Given the first leg was pretty much an awful mess of a 0-0 draw, having the all-time Champions League goal-scorer available is a game-changer. He has 16 goals so far in this season's Champions League, and will look to add to that Wednesday should he play (which he probably will because Real Madrid aren not going to keep one of the three best players in the world on the bench during the biggest game of the season).
