What a week for 23-year-old Manchester United winger Jesse Lingard. The Manchester United youth academy product put in his best performance of the Premier League season on Saturday in United’s 4-1 victory over Leicester City.
Starting the match and playing for 78 minutes, Lingard played a vital part in United’s second goal by registering a classy assist for Juana Mata’s 37th minute goal.

This week has also seen Lingard sign a new four-year-deal at the club, doubling his weekly wages in the process. On top of it all, it’s rumored that England manager Sam Allardyce is prepared to give Lingard a call-up for for next month’s World Cup qualifiers.
All this excitement has got Lingard feeling giddy. We all know what happens when Lingard gets over-stimulated. Last season, while the Manchester United team bus was under attack by West Ham United supporters, Lingard had the time of his life screaming “SQUAD!” and rolling around the aisle.

Now, it would appear that Lingard’s been having a great time at the Trafford Training Center. His Instagram account has been lively today. First, he trolled the world’s most expensive player, Paul Pogba, for his price tag and affinity for dabbing.

To be fair, Lingard is no stranger to the dab himself.
Lingard clearly appreciates his own brand of humor. He later did the same to Marcus Rashford, the 18-year-old United forward who’s famously scored in his Manchester United debut, Premier League debut, England U-21 debut and England debut.

We’re not sure if Lingard is considered the team prankster or funnyman. Judging by Pogba and Rashford’s reactions, this isn’t anything new. Personally, I always thought Phil Jones was the funny one.
