The Joe Hart era is not off to a good start in Torino. We've covered Hart's inadequacies as a goalkeeper before, but it bears repeating that he is overrated and we think this season in Italy will prove that.
If Hart's going to change any minds this season, particularly the mind of one Pep Guardiola, he's going to have to do better than he did on his debut.
You knew it was going to be bad when they got his name wrong on the team sheet.

Joe Hart's name is not "John Hart" but now at least he has a helpful scapegoat for this howler that led to Torino's first conceded goal. They ended up losing to Atalanta.

"Wow, Joe, you really f***** that one up, buddy."
"That wasn't me mate. That was John Hart. Look, it says on the team sheet."
We'll chalk that one up to nerves playing for a new team in a new league in a new country, but we don't know if the Torino fans will. Joe's going to need to be better after that performance.
