Barcelona took Real Madrid behind the woodshed on Saturday with an unbelievable 4-0 result at the Santiago Bernabéu. The biggest talking point was Kylian Mbappé’s wretched showing in his first El Clásico.
The Mbappé vs Barcelona performance was truly hard to believe. The Frenchman is one of the most talented players on the planet right now but looked like a lost youth soccer player on Saturday. Real Madrid’s new star man was caught offside EIGHT TIMES against Barcelona.

Barcelona played a high line that caused all sorts of issues for Real Madrid and Mbappé. He just couldn’t figure out when to time his runs and gave the poor linesman a brutal workout.
We hope the linesman’s biceps and triceps are doing OK.
In front of goal the theme of Mbappé underperforming continued with two great chances squandered. Barcelona’s backup goalkeeper Iñaki Peña Sotorres must’ve been just as shocked as the millions watching when Mbappé shot the ball right at him… twice.
Mbappé's missed chances
Mbappé was unrecognizable and is due to get hammered by the Spanish press.
As for Barcelona they were magnificent. Robert Lewandowski reminded everyone of what a world class striker looks like with two exquisite goals in the 54th and 56th minute to open the scoring.

Lewandowski then did his best Mbappé impression as he missed two glorious chances to secure his hat trick including an open-goal miss.

Madrid’s defense was completely exposed in the closing stages of the game as Lamine Yamal struck in the 77th minute to become the youngest goal scorer in El Clásico history. What a hit from the 17-year-old.
LAMINE YAMAL BECOMES THE YOUNGEST PLAYER TO EVER SCORE IN THE HISTORY OF ELCLÁSICO!!!

Raphinha put the icing on the Barcelona cake in the 84th minute with the simplest of goals. A ball over the top beat Madrid’s defense and the Brazilian did the rest.

Raphinha will be in a much better mood than his fellow Brazilian Vinícius Jr. who had Real Madrid’s best chance of the game early in the first half.
HOW DID VINICIUS NOT PUT REAL MADRID AHEAD IN ELCLASICO!?!?

Barcelona take a six-point lead in LaLiga with a result nobody expected.
