According to the Guardian, midfielder James Milner informed the Premier League Champions that he would like a transfer. In the early stages, it looks like Arsenal is leading the race for the Englishman and are even looking to propose a £10 million offer for Milner. Liverpool, Tottenham and Everton are also trying to get in on the sweepstakes, but at this point the newly crowned FA Cup winners are the favorites to land the 28-year-old. Though Milner likes being on a successful team, he is looking to play more football next season and Wenger believes that he would provide good competition for Mikel Arteta and Mathieu Flamini. Milner’s departure from Manchester City would leave Joe Hart as the only English player on the first team.

Hazard To PSG?

The French champions' “number one target” looks to be Chelsea mid-fielder Eden Hazard. Despite the club's recent sanctions for violating the FFP rules, French newspaper L’Equipe reported PSG want the PFA Young Player of the year. Jose Mourinho publicly said that Hazard “wasn’t ready to sacrifice himself 100 percent for the team," and that he "wasn’t happy with his defensive performance” this year following the Blues' UCL loss to Atletico Madrid. Hazard’s stock could only rise as Belgium is back in the World Cup this year, but PSG is already eyeing the £50 million bid.

Barcelona To Rid Fabregas, Bring In Pogba?

Barcelona has reportedly said it is open to offers for Spanish mid-fielder Cesc Fabregas. According to Daily Mail, Arsenal and Manchester United were alerted that it would cost them around £45 million, which would help spur Barca’s pursuit of Juventus forward Paul Pogba. Barcelona has also said if the right offer arrives, it wouldn’t be opposed to selling Dani Alves, Javier Mascherano, Pedro or Cristian Tello.

Evra To Serie A?

In last week's Monday Murmurswe reported that Patrice Evra was being pursued by Monaco, but now the French defender may be skipping to Juventus. Apparently Evra held talks with the Serie A champions about a two year deal to complete the switch, but it is said the Louis Van Gaal wants Evra to stay at Old Trafford. With Luke Shaw going to Man U, Evra would probably have a reduced roll. It was reported today that Evra passed his medical test with Juventus.

Two days ago Didier Drogba took to Instagram to reveal he will be leaving Galatasaray after this summer, and the Ivory Coast star could be on his way back to the Premier League. The 36-year-old striker will turn his focus to the World Cup for the time being, but a return to Chelsea has been mentioned, as well as Liverpool. It is also a possibility that Drogba could bring his talents to America and the MLS. Several months ago, Pro Soccer Talk linked the Ivory Coast captain to the New York Red Bulls and the Seattle Sounders. Drogba recently donated $1.3 million to the victims of the Soma mining disaster.
