Toronto FC are in the final of the Concacaf Champions League, where they will face Chivas Guadalajara, after fighting Club America to a 1-1 draw at Estadio Azteca to brush past the Mexican powerhouse 4-1 on aggregate.
Despite an early injury to Jozy Altidore that caused the striker to leave the game, Toronto struck first via Jonathan Osorio.

Club America would not be completely silenced on the night, but the required heroic comeback never seemed on the cards for them.

The two-leg Concacaf Champions League final will be held on April 17 and April 24. Regardless of the outcome, given Chivas' poor form this season Toronto FC will undoubtedly feel they are the best team in Concacaf, having taken down Tigres and Club America in successive rounds.
