Like father, like son. Enzo Alan Zidane Fernandez, known commonly as Enzo, registered a fantastic assist in a friendly match between Real Mardid and Stade de Reims.
Enzo’s nonchalant style, his effortless ability to stroll beyond would-be tacklers and his penchant for Cruyff turns, step overs and beautiful passing makes him a carbon copy of his father.
Except for the head of hair that is.
Enzo seems blessed, like his father was, with that rare ability to play the game at his own pace. While he's seemingly moving at half-speed, his markers struggle to keep up. It's poetry in motion.
The 21-year-old plays primarily for the Real Madrid Castilla side, Real’s B-squad, but he’s been involved with the first team throughout preseason. Enzo appeared in 38 matches for Real Madrid B last season and was a vice-captain of the side. He's a dual citizen of both France and Spain and is eligible to represent either national team.
