Marcus Rashford is a likable guy. Even those of us who are not Manchester United fans have to admire his earnest demeanor and fairytale-like story.

Signed to Manchester United's academy system at only seven years old, Rashford rose through the club ranks to make a series of impressive debuts – scoring in each and every one of them.

Following a board meeting today, Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed they will play all of their home games at Wembley Stadium next season while waiting for their new world-class stadium to be finished.

Spurs have called White Hart Lane their home for the past 118 years. The new stadium, set to be ready by the start of the 2018-19 season, will be adjacent to their current home.

It’s tragic to think about the gross output of the cast of characters in the Manchester derby when bridled with the vast sums of money spent on assembling them. Every club that’s had an extended run in the Premier League is a perfect example for the transitive property (If a=b and b=c, then a=c) that affects modern football: 

Rebecca Lowe nearly hacked up a lung at halftime of the Chelsea-Southampton match Tuesday. The NBC studio host was coughing so hard she had to leave the set while Kyle Martino took over her spot. This all happened live, on air.

Less than a week after suffering a torn ACL and possible damage to his PCL, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is scheduled to visit Dr. Freddie Fu at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Fu is well known for pioneering the double bundle technique to repair ACL tears, the method that most effectively restores natural knee movement patterns.

According to media reports, the NFL has contributed $12.8 million toward Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium.

The initial payment will  likely go towards custom-tailoring the 61,000-seat stadium for hosting NFL games. Tottenham had agreed to a 10-year deal that allows the NFL to host a minimum of two games per season at the stadium, which is not expected to open until the start of the 2018-19 season.

The man who covers 30 percent of the planet has been named the Professional Footballers Association's (PFA) Player Of the Year. The PFA is a players union that aims to secure players rights in regards to clubs and football institutions from being unethical and or taking advantage of their players. N'Golo Kante's peers and competitors saw him as the most consistent player in England.
