Celtic fans with scarves have been in the news a lot lately, but we're here to talk about a Celtic fan waving something that isn't a scarf and definitely doesn't have anything to do with certain idealistic conflicts in the Middle East.

The 2016-17 Premier League is the “Year of the Manager.” Some of the world’s most famous, eccentric and respected managers have come to England in search of glory.
