As an Arsenal fan, waking up at 4:00 a.m. on a Sunday for a sunrise hike with my roommate, only to run out of gas halfway to the trailhead, was a lot like getting home after said hike knowing that I had today’s Arsenal vs Manchester United game recorded, only to accidentally check my notifications and see two Marcus Rashford goals against Arsenal.
Hollywood’s award season is wrapping up with the biggest of them all — The Oscars. Whether you are rooting for Leonardo Di Caprio to win his first or feeling nostalgic seeing Rocky Balboa, er, Sylvester Stallone, on the nominee list, people get hyped for The Oscars. Therefore, let’s give out some Oscar awards to the English Premier League.

The 18-year professional has collected nearly every medal on the planet and his stunning trophy case represents that fact. Four Premier League titles, five FA Cups, and UEFA Europa League and Champions League winner’s medals represent the greatest achievements for the Chelsea captain.
Louis Van Gaal and his lads from Lancashire have had nothing but bad luck. A barrage of injuries to everyone from captain Wayne Rooney, best player David De Gea, and pretty much every United defender, has left Van Gaal’s side in Europe’s second-tier cup and without hope of a top four finish at home. Van Gaal will not have a job by June and Jose Mourinho is the man set to replace him.
But is United making the right choice?

Sigh. We knew this day would come, we just didn't think it would come so soon. We saw the signs early. You could see Aston Villa losing steam near the end of last season. It looked to be better when it beat Liverpool in the FA Cup, but we're starting to think that was Villa's last burst of energy.
Things have taken a turn for the worse this season. Villa have earned only 16 points so far this season, well below even the other relegation candidates.
