When you think of the greatest solo dribbling performances in soccer Diego Maradona’s “Goal of the Century” and some of Lionel Messi’s goals come to mind. The best dribbling we’ve seen so far in the 2022-23 season has come from the most unlikely of sources.
A video of a dog dribbling a soccer ball past other fellow canines was recently uploaded to TikTok and has been viewed over 10 million times. Videos of animals playing soccer are cute, but this isn’t some cutesy video.
This is the real deal.
Sources close to me say the breed of this dribbling maestro is a cocker-spaniel/dachshund mix. This good boy must’ve been specifically bred to dribble soccer balls because these skills are unlike anything we’ve ever seen.

If anyone needs me I’ll be watching this video on repeat.

Messi has been quiet ever since this video came out. Just saying.
The fact that this dog was able to avoid nine different tackles and pull off a full-body nutmeg is simply absurd. If this dog had a FIFA Ultimate Team card, then it would undoubtedly be given 99 dribbling.
