Watch: Christian Pulisic laughs at the idea of Landon Donovan being his soccer hero

Christian Pulisic couldn’t help but laugh and make a face when his fellow AC Milan and USMNT teammate Yunus Musah guessed that Landon Donovan was Pulisic’s soccer hero.

The humorous moment happened during a “Teammates” video with Soccer.com where the two players quizzed each other to see how well they know one another.

That face of confusion and borderline disgust at the end from Pulisic caught the attention of USMNT fans.

There isn’t any known beef between the two U.S. Soccer legends despite what the world of Twitter wishes to believe. Fans were disgruntled when Donovan said that Pulisic should play in Major League Soccer instead of transferring to AC Milan.

The two are often compared along with Clint Dempsey in the conversation of best USMNT player of all time. Pulisic’s recent U.S. Soccer Player of the Year award for 2023 ties him with Donovan for the most in history winning it four times.
