This weekend was one of the most fun weekends ever, as it brought together three of the most fun things in the world: the NBA All-Star Game, the city of New Orleans and Ronaldinho.
Ronaldinho is one of the happiest, fun-loving humans we know of, so it made perfect sense that he graced America's most fun city with his presence during one of the most fun events in sports. The NBA All-Star game is just a big party in which freakishly-talented athletes goof around while showing off their freakish talents, which is a pretty accurate summation of Ronaldinho's career, come to think of it.

The only bittersweet part of this story, for me, is looking at that picture with LeBron James and realizing Ronaldinho's beard is going grey. Time waits for no man, and I guess I have to come to terms with that, but part of me wants to go find the grim reaper or the devil or whoever and make a deal in which I switch ages with Ronaldinho or something.
"No, not Dinho! Take me instead!" I would grovel as a figure representing death, played by either Nicolas Cage or Steve Buscemi, looked at me with scorn. Then I would go watch young-again Ronaldinho do cool stuff and know I had made the right decision.
Hey, we all have to make sacrifices.
