During Monday’s Premier League matchup with Burnley, Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi was subbed off after an apparent foot injury in the first half. The 18-year-old phenom had to be helped off the field in the 42nd minute and was replaced by Pedro. Chelsea went on to draw 2-2 with Burnley as both teams went scoreless in the second half after a frantic opening 45 minutes.
After the game, Chelsea fans' worst fears were confirmed as the attacker said his Achilles was ruptured in a tweet.

Chelsea has been dealing with bids for its young star for some time now, and with the bids only growing after a series of impressive performances this season, there's no sure guarantee whether or not he will remain in London. But Hudson-Odoi could certainly be a key piece for the upcoming season.
With aging stars like Pedro, Gonzalo Higuain and Willian, the attack could be totally rejuvenated with Hudson-Odoi and the incoming Christian Pulisic. This injury will certainly affect these bids though, if not completely cease them until CHO takes the field again.
But with Bayern Munich being one of the biggest bidders for Hudson-Odoi, we could see a star moving to the Bundesliga shortly after Chelsea receivies one.
