Ireland. Sweden. Zlatan. Euros. The Irish played very well in their 1-1 draw with Sweden Monday, but there was one problem they couldn't account for. They didn't have Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
They did, however, have Wes Hoolihan, who scored teh opener and set drunken Irish fans dancing about and singing and buying each other pints and stereotypes.

Although Sweden were on the front foot immediately after Hoolihan's goal, it looked for a while like the Irishman's strike would be enough.
But it wasn't because Zlatan.

Zlatan is so good at scoring he got an Ireland player to score for him. That's talent.
Ireland had one last trick to play, sending on their aging goal-scorer to counter Ibrahimovic. The last few minutes featured two of the best international goal-scorers ever, and they both looked up to the task. Look at these photos. You can just feel the intensity.
You could cut the tension with a meat cleaver.
Nothing really happened after Keane came on, though, and we were left with onw of the more entertaining 1-1 draws you'll see.
