If you’ve ever been on an exploration for videos that depict the finest of tomfoolery, there’s no doubt you’ve come across a Dude Perfect video. The quintet has over eight million subscribers and over one billion with a capital B collective video views. They’ve become such an internet sensation that CMT has given them their own television show starting in April. But before that happens, the group decided to take a trip across the pond to film a couple of videos with some of the Premier League’s most notable clubs. Their first video takes them to the grounds of Arsenal and Manchester City, where they meet up with Raheem Sterling, Kevin De Bruyne, Calum Chambers and Mathieu Flamini. The four give them a lesson in the finer points of soccer trick shots, as well as some pointers in English culture. Check out Dude Perfect Premier League edition.
The guys get involved in the second video (produced by Soccer AM), challenging South American stars Oscar of Chelsea and Erik Lamela of Tottenham Hotspur, to a football vs. football showdown. Since it’s apparent Dude Perfect doesn’t have as educated feet as the aforementioned superstars (then again, not many do), they americanize the show by getting the pigskin involved and attempt to best the duo with the same trick shots using the football.
Who wins? You can be the judge of that, but this is just a small sample of the videos that they filmed while they were overseas involving soccer. You can check out the entire playlist involving Dude Perfect Premier League edition here.
As always, #PounditNoggin.
