Mohamed Salah, one of world soccer’s most exciting players, is as prolific as he is fast. He darts down the wing, cuts inside and scores before most players can tie their shoes.

Now his speed is making the leap to augmented reality, almost literally jumping off your screen to show off his secret weapon: the adidas X.

With Konami’s PES gaining an increasingly large bite of the apple in soccer licensing, EA Sports was always going to have to up its game with FIFA 20, which has already announced some cool new additions like a FIFA Street mode called VOLTA. But, to the delight and surprise of many, EA Sports is finally listening to its fans and making updates to the FIFA 20 Career Mode.

The Premier League is almost 15 years late to the YouTube party, but the world’s most-watched domestic competition is making up for lost time by starting things off with some damn fine content over on its newly christened YouTube channel. 

Good vertical jumps are touch and go in soccer — some footballers have it, some don’t. It’s not always a necessary skill when playing the game, but it sure is nice to have. However, there's one player who has it in abundance: Cristiano Ronaldo. The man has BOUNCE.

Newly promoted Premier League side Aston Villa faced off with Charlton Athletic in a summer friendly today, but some players are obviously showing maximum effort.

Villa’s John McGinn went full-power super saiyan while scoring two goals and providing an assist.

McGinn first got on the board in the 57th minute with a great strike, deflecting off the Charlton keeper’s foot from about 22 yards out for the goal.

Tuesday it was reported that Ed Woodward, Manchester United’s Chief Executive, will not be traveling to meet the squad while on preseason tour. This usually means Woodward will be dealing with important transfer business ahead of the upcoming Premier League season. Woodward is not Manchester United’s director of football, however he was brought in by the Glazer family to help the club increase its commercial outreach and revenue; a way of achieving that is through high-profile transfers.
