Some managers yell. Some managers scream. Some managers jump up and down. Some managers wave their arms everywhere. Some managers (Klopp) do all of those things at the same time. Some managers just cross their arms and give you the stink eye.
There are many different approaches to managing, each with its own set of positives and negatives.

It is a near-universal truth that soccer fans want to be Messi, to live Messi's life and do what Messi does. This holds true, apparently, for other footballers as well. Just ask Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos.
Ramos tweeted out his New Year's collage earlier today, which is a thing a lot of people do. What most people don't do, however, is include in their collages pictures of other people's significant others and children.
In celebration of the new year, we thought it would be fun to go around to the biggest names in soccer and ask them what their New Year's resolutions were. Unfortunately, none of the biggest names in soccer were available. So we made their resolutions up.

Ricardo “Tuca” Ferretti just led Tigres to the 2015 Apertura Championship in Liga MX. It cost him dearly though. It cost him his mustache. Tuca bet his players that if they won the championship final against Pumas, he would shave his famous mustache.
With all the motivation that came from making that bet, Tigres would go on to win the Apertura Championship in a penalty shoot-out win against Pumas.
Brazilian footballing sensation Neymar is, if you didn’t know, the man. The homie. A ladies man. The guy that half the world wants to be friends with and the other half wants to sleep with. Just strolling through his Instagram cements this perception of him.
We all know what it’s like to be pigeonholed as “the soccer fan” come the holidays. Distant relatives are sure to send soccer ball keychains, books fished out of the Barnes & Noble bargain bin and other soccer themed knickknacks that are an obvious sign of last minute shopping. So long as the idea of soccer is somewhere within the gift, you’ll be satisfied. Right?...right?
As fans of soccer, we appreciate the theater, drama and storylines that call us to develop personal opinions. The game is as much about heroes and tribes as it is about common enemies and villains. There are some things we all love to hate. If you can’t admit that, well, you’re just afraid of your own primal instincts.
