Ukraine score goal from 35+ yards after North Macedonia’s keeper goes on vacation

A long-distance Ukraine goal vs North Macedonia helped secure an important 2-0 victory on Saturday and moved the team one step closer to Euro 2024 qualification.

The second goal for Ukraine came in the 95th minute when Oleksandr Karavayev caught North Macedonia’s goalkeeper WAY out of position.

After replacing Chelsea’s Mykhailo Mudryk in the 88th minute, Karavayev scored a goal from over 35 yards out. While the goalkeeper definitely failed here, you have to give some credit for the strike.

Kylian Mbappé scores absurd golazo vs. Dutch and creeps closer to France’s No. 1 goal scorer

Kylian Mbappé passed the great Michel Platini to become France’s fourth leading goal scorer in history during Friday’s Euro qualifier which the French won 2-1 vs. Netherlands.

Mbappé tied and surpassed Platini’s place among the great French goal scorers during the game against the Dutch as he scored both goals. The victory secured France a spot in the Euro 2024 edition in Germany. 

His second goal was an absurd strike from outside the box that Dutch goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen had no chance saving.

Substitute Scott McTominay struck twice deep into stoppage time to snatch a 2-1 win in an absolutely incredible Manchester United comeback over Brentford at Old Trafford on Saturday.

Brentford looked set to rise above United in the table with what would have been only their second win of the season, but McTominay, who struggled to hear instructions from coach Erik ten Hag before entering the fray in the 87th minute, dashed their hopes of a rare away victory against the Red Devils.

Christian Pulisic had one of his best performances yet in an AC Milan shirt on Saturday scoring in the Rossoneri’s 2-0 victory against Lazio. The Pulisic goal vs Lazio was a powerful strike on the half volley.

Christian Pulisic bags his first AC Milan assist in improved performance during 3-1 victory

Christian Pulisic got an assist and helped set up another goal during AC Milan’s 3-1 victory vs. Cagliari in Serie A action on Wednesday. The Pulisic assist vs Cagliari is his first in a Milan shirt.

Wednesday’s game looked better for Pulisic after a string of so-so performances. Milan manager Stefano Pioli rotated his players and shifted Pulisic from the right wing to the left wing as Rafael Leão and Olivier Giroud were rested.

Here was the moment in the 60th minute when Pulisic set up Ruben Loftus-Cheek for a long-range goal to make it 3-1.
