New Aston Villa chairman and CEO Dr. Tony Xia has made a bit of a name for himself on Twitter, and he's kept the ball rolling with a post quoting Chairman Mao, the former leager of the Peoples Republic of Chine.
Dr. Tony's got the cure for what ails you and it's communism.

Oh, the fans know more about evaluating soccer talent than the scouts? Word?
I wonder how the Aston Villa scouting department feels about this? They probably thought about quitting until they realized they work for Aston Villa and there's nowhere else to go. They're already at the bottom of the ladder.
Look, we get that fans are an important — the most important — part of soccer but we don't think inolving them in the player-selection process is a good idea. They'll probably be thrilled about it, but most fans, we have noticed, maybe aren't quite as knowledgable as professional scouts. Even Aston Villa's.
