A quick disclaimer: producing live sports is a really, really hard job and it's a testament to the competence of the FOX Sports crew that mistakes like the ones they made Tuesday are rare enough as to be newsworthy. With that said, let's now make fun of them for screwing up.
The USMNT's loss to Argentina was depressing for a number of reasons, one of which was that FOX Sports seemed to be about as on their game as the USMNT, which is to say not very.
Just before Messi's free kick to make it 2-0 just after the half-hour mark, USMNT forward Chris Wondolowski received a yellow card for his foul on Messi that led to the free kick.
Or did he?

Ashlyn Harris is not, as you may have guessed, a member of the U.S. Men's National Team. She plays goalkeeper for the women's team and wears number 18, the same number as Wondolowski.
It did not get better after the game.
C'mon FS1, haven't you taken enough of a beating tonight? @awfulannouncing pic.twitter.com/MlTJrhcprN

The score, as you may have gathered, was not 3-0. It was 4-0. Maybe FOX Sports was just trying to cheer us up.
