Aston Villa have had a terrible season. They've already been relegated from the Premier League and are as hopeless as a football club can possibly be.
No Villa player has personified this hopelessness as much as Joleon Lescott. The defender tweeted a picture of a cool car immediately following a Villa loss and blamed it on ghosts in his pocket.
And then there was this interview.
A few of you have been asking to see THAT Joleon Lescott interview... #AVFC https://t.co/BI650mLoPS

Yikes.
Lescott's season has driven one particular Aston Villa fan to insanity. Or the man was already insane and Lescott has driven him to dilsplay that insanity to the world. Whatever. In any case, he made some videos in which he power-lifted a broom, talked about how much whey protein he uses and challenged Lesott to a fight.
Right this fan (not us) has an offer for @JoleonLescott #AVFC pic.twitter.com/IFGyfB9S56

Is that Jamie Vardy?
Seriously, is that Jamie Vardy? I think that might actually be Jamie Vardy.
Whoever he is (Vice Sports has taken to calling him "James," furthering our suspicion that he might be Jamie Vardy), he probably shouldn't fight Joleon Lescott, who comes in at 6'2" and 182 lbs. and is also a professional athlete. Not to be trifled with if you're a deluded random Aston Villa fan who may or may not be Jamie Vardy.
