CBS Sports’ UEFA Champions League coverage produces a golden moment on a weekly basis nowadays. This week’s hilarious moment was a Micah Richard pants rip as he appeared to tear his clothes while reenacting Kylian Mbappé’s celebration.

At halftime of PSG’s 3-0 victory vs. Milan on Wednesday the crew were reviewing Mbappé’s exquisite first half goal. Richards hit the Frenchman’s celebration followed by Kate Abdo asking if his pants were still in one piece.

Watch: Fans go through lasso gauntlet during insane Mexican halftime entertainment

Halftime entertainment is one of the perks when attending a game in person whether it’s two fans racing, a free kick challenge or some other odd game. Nothing will top what we’ve just seen at Liga MX side Atlas as cowboys lasso soccer fans trying to complete an obstacle course.

Videos from Atlas' Estadio Jalisco show that the Mexican club has found the peak of halftime entertainment. We’ve seen fans try to complete obstacle courses before, but to add some spice they threw in some lassoes.

Alphonso Davies scores weak-footed golazo… against Canada!

Canada faced off against Japan in an international friendly this Friday in what seemed like an interesting challenge for the Maples to go head-to-head against a top national team for the first time since their lackluster 2022 World Cup performance. It was time to redeem themselves on the international stage.

Tigres goalkeeper Nahuel Guzmán trolls LAFC fans and catches water bottle thrown at him

Tigres defeated LAFC in the Campeones Cup on penalty kicks Wednesday night 4-2 with Argentine goalkeeper Nahuel Guzmán stopping two of LA's penalties.

The game was played at LAFC’s BMO Stadium. After the game Guzmán took it upon himself to troll the home fans and celebrate in front of the crowd. They were less than pleased and proceeded to hurl objects at him.

Guzmán was unphased and even managed to catch a water bottle that was thrown.

This guy is good with his hands. Must be a goalkeeper or something.

Watch: Pitch-invading dog steals soccer ball and embarrasses security with body feints

Yes, another pitch-invading dog video that has made our day.

In a Liga Expansión MX (Mexican second-tier) match between Alebrijes de Oaxaca and Dorados de Sinaloa played in the Estadio Tecnológico last Wednesday, a dog that was apparently too eager to hear the final whistle stormed onto the pitch and won the hearts of the thousands in attendance with its amazing soccer skills.

Watch: How to make a fool of yourself during a penalty kick presented by Mauro Icardi

Mauro Icardi made headlines this week for all the wrong reasons when a planned penalty kick routine took a terrible turn. The Icardi penalty miss came on Tuesday during a game vs. Istanbulspor.

In the 37th minute Galatasaray had a penalty kick. Standing over the spot was Turkish forward Kerem Akturkoglu. Rather than taking the shot he sneakily tapped the ball to the side for Icardi to run up and smash home.

The plan was going great. The goalkeeper had already dived, no defenders charged for the ball and all Icardi needed to do was pass the ball into the goal.

Watch the moment Son realizes he’s been saying his teammate's name wrong

Tottenham’s Son Heung-min had a humorous reaction when a Dutch reporter told him he was saying Micky van de Ven’s name wrong. Van de Ven is Tottenham’s Dutch center back who joined the club this summer.

Son and van de Ven have played seven games together so far this season and the star forward is still getting the name down. Son had accidentally been calling him “van de Vic” instead of “van de Ven.”

Here was the Son van de Ven moment with the media when a reporter alerted Son of the mispronunciation.

ESPN soundboard loses control and plays Among Us sounds during Boca Juniors game

Something went terribly awry during ESPN’s broadcast of Boca Juniors’ 3-0 victory in the Argentine Primera División on Tuesday. It’s not a good sign when “Boca Juniors Among Us” is trending.

Live sports production is a well-oiled machine that typically provides an easy viewing experience for fans (unless it’s trying to watch soccer on Paramount+).

People might not realize how little it takes for a broadcast to go screwy. It’s unclear what happened Tuesday night, but someone hit a couple of the wrong buttons during the Boca Juniors game.
