Megan Rapinoe To Harder & Eriksson: ‘Because You’re Both Beautiful, You’re Not Gay Looking, It Does Break Barriers’

Pernille Harder and Magdalena Eriksson are icons in the women’s soccer world, not just for their accomplishments on the pitch but for the way they’re openly gay in a world that isn’t always accepting of LGBTQ+ people. The reigning runners-up are out of the Women’s Champions League in the group stage. Needing just a draw to qualify for the UWCL quarterfinals, the Chelsea Women suffered a shocking 4-0 defeat to Wolfsburg on Thursday, which made up enough goal difference to go through along with Juventus after creating a three-way tie atop Group A.

Pernille And Magda Go To KFC, And I Can’t Stop Laughing With The Chelsea Superstars

There are few power couples in sports more accomplished than Pernille Harder and Magdalena Eriksson. There’s Megan and Sue and Mia and Nomar, and after that it’s pretty debatable (sorry Mal and Dansby, you’ve got some catching up to do).

Sam Kerr Scored A Worldie — Then The Match Went Wild

Wednesday’s Chelsea-Wolfsburg matchup in the UEFA Women’s Champions League was one of those games you just didn’t want to end. Thrilling action on either side of the pitch ended in a 3-3 draw featuring stunning golazos, horrifying mistakes and a late, late equalizer.

Chelsea, last season’s runner-up, opened its UWCL campaign on fire, scoring 12 minutes in through a Sam Kerr stunner only to concede the next three goals on howlers. But the reigning FA WSL champs dug deep to earn a draw to share the spoils in Group A.

I’m Embarrassed For EA Sports Over Their Attempt At FIFA 22 Women’s Ratings; How Is Rapinoe Still This High?

Another year, another FIFA game where it’s obvious EA Sports paid no attention to women’s soccer. The FIFA 22 women's ratings are somehow even worse than last year, once again proving the WoSo portion of the franchise is merely lip service to try to appease women without actually putting in any effort.

Chelsea Overcomes Defensive Blunders Against Man City To All But Clinch WSL Title

Chelsea all but clinched the FA Women’s Super League crown by holding off Manchester City for a 2-2 draw on Wednesday. Sam Kerr scored and drew a penalty converted by Pernille Harder as the Blues maintained their two-point margin atop the league with two games to play — despite two costly mistakes at the back.
