In an announcement conveniently released right when the Champions League kicked off, the English FA announced Sam Allardyce has left the England National Team manager job "by mutual consent."
The announcement comes on the heels of a Telegraph investigation that found Allardyce was giving out advice on how to circumvent the FA's transfer rules and also apparently drinks wine out of a pint glass.
Big Sam leaves England as the Three Lions' winningest manager ever, having won the only match England played during his 67-day managership, a World Cup qualifier against Slovakia, for a winning percentage of 100 percent.
England assistant manager Gareth Southgate will manage the next four matches for the national team.
